We offer Annual Support Computer Maintenance Contracts payable by monthly premium. This includes Remote Desktop support to individual Users through our Teamviewer platform enabling us to quickly resolve most issues with the minimum of delay.
We also have our own team of onsite support engineers on hand to visist site to carry out any repairs and support to equipment that cannot be done remotely.
We carry out repairs to computers and printers either onsite or at our dedicated workshop at our headquarters in Moulton Park, Northampton.
For Customers who do no wish to purchase a maintenance contract we also offer a service on a callout, labour and service basis for most makes of PC's, laptops and laser printers.
We can also carry out repairs for any customer who calls our service centre and can then bring their equipment in for repair. More commonly this is for laptop screen replacement or hard disk drive failures or computer viruses. We can turnaround most repairs relatively quickly as we carry a full range of spares readily available.
